Deluxe Creation Studios ("we", "us", or "our") is a game development studio based in Lagos, Nigeria, incorporated in Delaware, USA. We build and publish mobile and PC games for players around the world.

What we collect.

Nothing. Deluxe Creation Studios does not directly collect any personal information from our players. We do not operate servers that store your name, email address, device identifiers, location, or any other personal data.

We do not use our own analytics trackers, cookies, or data collection mechanisms within our games or on this website.

Third-party partners.

Our games are free to play and supported by advertising. To serve ads, we integrate one or both of the following mediation platforms. These SDKs may collect device-level and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. We do not control, access, or process this data ourselves.

The ad networks served through these platforms may include but are not limited to: Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Pangle, and others. Each network operates under its own privacy policy and data practices. We recommend reviewing the terms of any third-party partner before interacting with their ads.

COPPA compliance.

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. AppLovin does not knowingly collect personal information from children or serve targeted advertisements to children. Yodo1 MAS operates a compliant Family SDK for apps in children's categories.

GDPR rights.

Since Deluxe Creation Studios does not directly collect personal data, our third-party SDK partners are the relevant data processors. Both AppLovin MAX and Yodo1 MAS implement GDPR consent mechanisms within their SDKs, presenting consent dialogs to users in applicable regions before collecting any data.

CCPA rights.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. As Deluxe Creation Studios does not collect personal information directly, the relevant parties for any CCPA requests are our advertising SDK partners.
